Gorgonzola Dolce DOP - EXTRA CREAMY

Meaning ‘sweet’ in Italian, “Dolce” is the younger, creamier and sweeter version of the famous Gorgonzola. Produced using a traditional method, it is matured in the province of Novara in the Piedmont region for only 2 months and has protected DOP status.
