Colston Bassett - Shropshire Blue

Hand ladled in the UK by Colston Bassett, a century old dairy farm. Close in style to the farms Stilton, Shropshire Blue has an orange paste due to the addition of Annatto (a natural colourant) and has deeper more fudgy flavour than the Stilton.
